Beyond the Classroom
Pupils work in the classroom is supplemented by a variety of educational trips and events throughout the year, including visits to places of interest and in-school workshops. Overseas trips are always popular, with recent destinations including South Africa, the USA, Spain (sports tour) and the regular ski trip to Europe.
Our students have enjoyed success in a variety of local, regional and national competitions, including academic competitions, in literature, maths and science and co-curricular competitions in music, drama, art, sports and drama.
A programme of visitors to the School, including academic experts, authors, illustrators, artists, inspirational speakers and charity representatives will provide your child with a different dimension to their daily life at Luckley, and enrich their learning experiences.
Our rich and varied programme of after-school enrichment activities will enable your child to explore different interests and discover new talents. All pupils are encouraged to take part and the variety on offer ensures that there is something for everyone.
