Sixth Form Admissions Process

• You will be invited to attend our Sixth Form Introduction Evening in the autumn term.

• Please complete an online registration form and pay the £100 registration fee. A  hard copy can be requested from the Registrar.

• Upon receipt of this, a reference request will be sent to your current school which will include confirmation of your predicted GCSE grades.

• You will be sent details of our scholarship application process for Academic, Sport, Art, Drama and Music. (NB: the closing date for scholarship applications for 2018 entry is Friday 20 October 2017).

• An interview forms part of the process. For overseas candidates, this will be arranged via Skype.

• You are welcome to attend a Taster Day, taking part in lessons on your chosen subjects.

• On receipt of a satisfactory reference you will receive a letter offering a conditional place, with a formal acceptance form. A Sixth Form planning sheet will be included which you should complete with details of subject choices.

• You will then be required to  return the planning sheet and formal acceptance, with the deposit of £600 (this will be refundable against the final term’s fees). Please note that we cannot build your A Level choices into the timetable plan until these been received.
