Teacher of Drama
Required for September 2026 or January 2027
We are seeking an enthusiastic, caring, and committed Teacher of Drama to join our vibrant Drama department from either September 2026 or January 2027 (October half-term start can also be considered).
The role involves teaching pupils across the secondary age range, including Key Stage 3, GCSE and A Level. Large-scale productions take place each year.
Staffing in the department includes the Director of Drama, Teacher of Drama (part time) and peripatetic Drama teachers who support pupils through external qualifications. AQA is used for both GCSE and A Level Drama. Lessons take place in a dedicated Theatre and classrooms.
You will be expected to work collaboratively with colleagues to inspire and engage pupils, fostering confidence and resilience. The successful candidate will build on the outstanding reputation of the department in delivering a wide range of opportunities to foster a love of the subject amongst all our pupils.

Teacher of English (full time, maternity cover)
To start September or October half-term 2026
Luckley House School is seeking an enthusiastic and committed Teacher of English to join our vibrant English department from September, or October half-term 2026. This is a maternity cover position for up to one year. The successful candidate will teach English to pupils across Years 7 to 11, delivering a diverse and engaging curriculum tailored to individual needs. At Key Stage 3, we offer a curriculum of our own creation, and from Year 9, we deliver the Edexcel IGCSE specification.
You will work collaboratively with a team of experienced and dedicated specialists to inspire and engage pupils, fostering confidence, resilience, and a love for English. The English department is housed in a fantastic building that also accommodates our school library and SEND team, providing a supportive and resource-rich environment.

Job Profile Teacher of English Maternity

Mini Bus Driver
Permanent, part time, 26 hours per week
To start May 2026 (or as soon as possible thereafter)
£12.73 per hourWe are looking to recruit a friendly and enthusiastic Minibus Driver to join our team of designated drivers providing a safe and efficient transport service for our pupils on one the School’s designated bus routes.
Drivers are also expected to assist in looking after the school minibuses, ensuring they are safe, clean and tidy at all times.
This is a key role as a representative and ambassador for the school. A full clean driving licence is essential with category D1 and previous experience of driving a large vehicle.
Hours of work
Morning Session
Monday to Friday
Hours: 06:30 – 09:00
Afternoon Session
Monday to Thursday
Hours: 16:00 – 19:00
Friday
Hours: 16:00 – 17:30
Total: 26 hours per week
The role is term time only plus INSET days.
