Throughout the course students will carry out practical work. In so doing, a range of practical skills will be developed and this will enable achievement of an additional qualification in practical competency entitled “Science Practical Endorsement”.

Three written exams
Paper 1 – 1 hour 45 minutes (30% of A level)
Paper 2 – 1 hour 45 minutes (30% of A level)
Paper 3 – 2 hours 45 minutes (40% of A level)
